Chilean firm CCL Auditores Consultores has announced its expansion with the integration of four firms, making it the largest consultancy firm in the country.
The firm has integrated CCL Tax, J&A Auditores Consultores (former Jeria), SPREV and Quinto Siete, and which creates a team of more than 140 professionals.
The new organization that emerges after the integration of four companies specialized in consulting and tax compliance, auditing, tax and customs litigation, advisory, comprehensive services, family office and international taxation, among others.
The integration of the four firms has been approved by Chile’s Financial Market Commission, and positions CCL AC as a direct competitor of the so-called ‘Big Four’ consulting companies.
With offices in six regions of the country, Santiago, Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Concepción, Osorno and Valdivia, and a team of professionals composed of lawyers, auditors and engineers, CCL AC also holds the representation of JPA International, which allows it to be part of a global network of accounting auditing and consulting firms in 190 offices in 82 countries.
